Jamaican Hot Yellow Chilli - Frozen Chilli - 3kg

This year's harvest has ended but we have stored away plenty of fresh pods in our commercial freezer to see you through the Winter. Freezing chillies does not affect their quality or heat so we know you will be a satisfied customer. We will deliver them frozen straight to your doorstep.

This Jamaican variety has a flattish, squashed shape and looks a bit like a mushroom. It’s pods are similar to the scotch bonnet, but much bigger, measuring around 5cm long and 3.5 cm wide. It's pods mature to a stunning yellow.

Flavour: A delicious fruity and tropical flavour. Both its flavour and vibrant colour make it a popular chilli to make Caribbean hot sauces and is widely used in Caribbean dishes.
